Effective date: March 5, 2026. These terms describe the general conditions for using CSI Manpower services, including staffing, recruitment, and workforce support engagements.

Service Scope

CSI Manpower provides recruitment, staffing, mobilization, and related workforce services based on agreed proposals, service levels, and applicable regulations.

• Staffing and mobilization based on approved timelines and role requirements
• Candidate sourcing, screening, and documentation coordination
• Ongoing coordination for onboarding, attendance, and replacement support when applicable

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate job requirements, timely approvals, required site access, and legally compliant workplace conditions. Delays in approvals or incomplete information may impact delivery schedules.

Commercial Terms

Fees, payment terms, and invoicing cycles are governed by signed commercial agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, charges apply for services delivered and approved according to the relevant statement of work.

Compliance, Confidentiality, and Liability

Both parties are expected to comply with applicable labor, immigration, and safety regulations. All non-public information exchanged during service delivery must be treated as confidential. Liability, to the extent permitted by law, is limited to direct losses and subject to the terms of the governing contract.
